On my LaFerrari (Elite) the drive's side door binds ever so slightly when closing, so that it doesn't want to quite close all the way. With a little tinkering, it's ok, though. Also, one of the screens on the side of the engine cover isn't quite in the correct position. Both very minor things.

FWIW, My F14T came on Friday. It's perfect.

Just the "standard" version... I like them because they have the driver... I don't have any of the elite F1 cars. I found it to be well done, with well applied decals and such - usually there's at least one thing "off" every year, but I didn't have anything wrong with this one. Nicely done by the Hotwheels folks.

I can post some pics later, if you want (I don't think I ever sent you Breadvan pics, either - do you still need/want them?)

Sorry about that Joe. I'll get you some pics of the Breadvan and the F14T tonight and post them here... did you pick up a LaFerrari yet? I can post pics of that as well, if you'd like.

And one more... (apparently you can only upload 25 at a time)

I wouldn't bother, but I took the time to take the pic, and then crop and jack with it until it was small enough to upload. So. You all are going to have to look at it.

I hate the size limits on pics here. Fine with the pixel size or whatever, but having to make sure a pic is a certain image size AND file size? A bit overkill, IMO. Guess I need to get my webhosting back, so I can just link directly to the files or something.

Thanks... The Breadvan is pretty nice, I'm very happy with it. I've heard they're going to make another version with the #16 livery - though, I don't know if there is any truth to that.

Seems like the LaFerrari's are bringing ~20% (or more) higher prices across the board. The F14T was priced "normally" though, it seemed. I'm curious to see how the pricing is on the Speciale when it finally lands stateside. Going to be interesting to see what we get out of Bburago/Maisto...

The 1:18 cars were on ebay from China for a week or two, then from some US sellers, now available. Then the 1:43s were on ebay from China, and now the Alonso is on ebay from US sellers. Kimi 1:43 should be available soon. Seemed to follow a consistent pattern.

Agreed... the black and yellow 1:18 Speciales were available from China a couple of weeks ago. Now widely available in the US. The red Speciale and the 312 T2 (both 1:18) have been available for a bit in China, should be stateside any day, I would think...

Yes Mattel seems to be pushing all of the remaining Ferraris through the system suddenly. I have recieved almost all of my outstanding orders from them this week including some La Ferraris I ordered back in Feb '13.

Got the two standard 1:43 F1 cars for 2014 last week. Nothing ground-breaking or different, but maybe the last bunch for a while in 1:43. They really did not change much on the 1:43s since 1999 when they started, other than the price going up. I used to buy them at WalMart the first few years, and unlike the 1:18 and street cars, the quality is about the same from 1999-2014. I think Maisto/Bburago were doing some 1:24 and 1:18 Red Bull cars over the last few years, so they know how, but their 1:43 were just toys.

Minichamps lost Ferrari F1, now Mattel, time for version 3.0. Should be interesting over the next year. They must have had something for F1 in the business plan they sold to Maranello. Maybe they will get the F1 cars out before the season ends.

Good point here... I've been wondering what the situation will be with the 1:18 F1 cars going forward. Hopefully they've accounted for them and will have something decent...
