    I need to commission a quality drawing of a person posed with a car, but I need it ASAP! Can anyone recommend an artist that can draw both cars and people - and who can work quickly? Thanks!

    if you live in SoCal,Art Center College of Design is up in Pasadena.......plenty of hungry students willing to work inexpensively
    one of the best Design/Art schools in the world

    Bill Neale is a good friend and amazing artist. Check out his site.

    He was always one of Shelby's closest friends, and designed the Terlingua Racing Team logo.

    I'm very familiar with Bill and his work, but I'm not sure he would do a commissioned piece like this. There is no contact info on his site.

    On top of this is the time frame issue. I had another artist working on this for months, but he has recently had to drop the project altogether. I now have three weeks to deliver a finished drawing.

    Thanks. I'm already in contact with Carsten, but he's a busy man of course, and he has concerns about being able to meet the deadline. I do like his work, though. :)

    Chuck did a watercolor of my old Daytona for me on fairly short notice. Contacted him through Road and Track.

    I was going to suggest Jim (James) Dietz who does aircraft and automobiles. I have five of his originals and they are world class. For a small project, he might be able to slip it into his schedule. Especially since he is probably tired of Iraq/Afghanistan projects right now. He does pen and ink, as well.
