    thanks phil. we are thinking of changing the yellow to the blue and keeping the white trim. thanks again

    Is the yellow color integral to the stucco or is it painted now?

    Do you have covenants? (Colors that you can and cannot use?)

    no we are free to do as we like. blue seems crazy but there are several houses in our town that are a very pale blue that look good.

    its a synthetic stucco that can be painted over
