    Does anyone know where to have a painting by Ian Fleming appraised? I assume this is the same Ian Fleming as the author of the James Bond series. I've got an oil painting of Cairn O'Mount, marked 1963.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Did you find a place to get an appraisal? I would give Christie's or Sotheby's a try first. I did not know writer Ian Fleming painted and suspect that it is more likely that the piece is by another Ian Fleming who was from Glasgow and specialised in etching work. Maybe it is him?
