    Does this legally mean that anyone in the US of A can recreate the designs whether into a toy car, freeware game or a life sized Unsanctioned car and without placing, stating or utilizing any Ferrari trade marked logos?

    This will be an interesting debate and for all those lawyer buffs please site any applicable policies, laws or regulations applicable in the US only.
