OK, so here is a thought... We have Ferrari Gallery in the main section of this board. So I was thinking that we have so many real estate investors/owners on this board why not post some photos of a property that you own which you love. Not one that necessarily makes you money, it can be a money pit (like many the cars/boats/toys that we own) but just one that you love just because It could be your first, your last, your cheapest, your most expensive, but the one you hope to hold onto forever. Either commercial or residential, but not your primary residence UNLESS you built it yourself Maybe you could also post some info about it, size, age, location, etc. (price/value not required, only if want to share .) and any stories that are associated with the property that are related. What do you think? I will post mine when I get to the office later today.
PCH in Laguna Beach, CA Ocean View Built 1926 - Listed in Lagna Historic Register Mixed use - 2 Apts, Retail, & Office Vacant since 1996 I purchased it in 2003 - I thought it would take 6 months to remodel, it has taken 2 years Cost me twice what I expected to remodel. But... when I stand on one of the decks watching the sunset on a typical SoCal day I forget about all the problems and smile Image Unavailable, Please Login
