Let's see all our 348's

OK, I looked and didn't see any other 348 specific photo threads...so let's get one started. Here is my latest attempt at photography (I guess I better keep my day job)....

Black is by far the best color to get the 348 in.

Beautiful car

No pics yet. Just got it last Friday.

1991 TS, 17,890 miles. Absolutely nothing wrong with the car. Immaculate car. No dings, scratches, or scrapes.

Looks like brand new. Runs and drives like it as well.

I took the top off yesterday, put it behind the seats and reached into the trunk (front hood) to get the top cover out (covers the top when behind the seats). I unzipped the bag that holds the cover and pulled the cover out. I was shocked. It was brand new. It had never been used!

This car was pampered by it's previous 2 owners and it shows.

Will d/l some pics as soon as I can stop driving it long enough to take some.

John

I don't have but a request... drive them. So far in this young thread, though no fault of the new owners, several 348's haven't seen 10K+ yet. Drive them early and often. Make them happy. If they're happy, you're happy - not the other way around.

So how many of you agree with the best 348 as:

1) lower valance area painted to match the body color
2) match TS roof to match body color
3) no 355 tail light conversion
4) later model wheel offset with stock wheels if you have stock wheels.
5) Best looking wheels black speedline challenge wheels?
6) original interior or carbon trim bits?
7) OEM shifter ball or Aluminium or CF BAll?
8) front air dam lip spoiler? Body color or CF?
9) OEM seats? 348 Challenge seats? Especiale seats?
10) Best 348 form spyder?, stock TB, StockTS, Especiale???
11) Best exhaust? Aftermarket TUBI, Stock single can, stock two can, factory challenge tube exhaust, factory challenge street exhaust

What do you guys think?

Yes on 1 through 4; Competizione wheels or 18" Speedlines for 5 (although I really like my wheels as well); 6 depends on the car/color but like both; 7 NOT oem, I have Hill large chrome on mine; 8 I want the spoiler but will go body color on mine;9 depends as well; 10 I have to say spider (!) for a road car but of course tb for competition; 11 I changed single can/punched cats for Tubi/Hyperflow and Tubi is WAY better - no comment on others and need to hear the new Capristo for the 348.

I am on the fence for my car regarding the CF stuff for the interior as I think it mightn't quite work with my color scheme, but on the racier cars I think it looks great. Same with the seat choice.

My $0.02!!

Cheers
Kevin

12) F40 Brembo brakes
