My all-time favorite car, bar none, is the Daytona. It is the ultimate front engined car and was incredibly successful on the track for many years. Accordingly, I would be extremely grateful to see photos of it, either road or track versions. I would be particularly interested in any race action shots that you might want to share on the group. Thanks!

One question,

I have never seen a daytona in person, but I was wondering how do the front lights come out in the daytona? and that plexiglass that you are talking about is it an aftermarket piece?

The white is quite a distinctive color on the Daytona. There was a 1971? USA Spyder with very low miles offered for sale in the past. However the owner was just trying to prove his point to the IRS about what the Ferrari was worth at that time. Have not seen it offered since then...

On the earlier Daytona the plexiglass was original, but the USA introduced a law banning lights that were covered by any type of glass, so the next generation have the pop up lights witch just pop up out of the bodywork.

Those pictures of the black spyders are sharp, a real classic sports car. Really like the wire wheels on the older cars.

Roland I sold that Daytona over a year ago...

The one I just bought is a 1972 red/black 15,432.00 mile car with Borrani's.

It is as new! (almost!)
