I've always struggled with vacuuming the hard to reach spots and eventually end up using duct tape wrapped around my finger to really get those hard to reach places.

What are you guys using to get in the tight spots?

I just have a normal shop vac. Recommend a good vacuum for car detailing?

A universal flexible crevice tool works well for getting into tight areas. They make them to fit a variety of vacuums, just run a search for flexible crevice tools for vacuums.

I use a slender crevice tool I got at Home Depot. It fits standard shop vac hoses. It's perfect.

poor mans way. Empty paper towel roll over the end of the vacuum hose. you can squeeze it to fit.

I find it easier to just thread a slightly damp towel and pull through, essentially flossing the tight space.

I find those professional ones at car washes have a lot better suction power than a home-use Black&Decker shop vac.

Thanks for heads-up. I just ordered one.
