Alcantra is the new Microsuede, but when you mix it with leather in a seat as shown below, how do you treat the leather without staining the Alcantra? Can you mask it or what do you do?

I use leatherique pristine clean, and spray it on a neatly folded blue paper towel. Then I carefully clean the edge of the leather near the alcantara without touching it.

blue paper towel?? I would imagine there's a risk to leaving blue lint/paper shreds behind in the leather.

Just apply whatever leather conditioner you use to a Microfiber towel and carefully rub it in on the leather parts being careful to avoid direct contact with the alcantera. It's really not that difficult.

blue shop towels. The don't leave behind lint. I use microfiber with the more creamy conditioners like Griot's. I can get a sharper edge with the blue towels, being easier to apply thin conditioner like leatherique. Any will work though; whatever you can carefully apply it with to keep it off the alcantara....
