Have just purchased a car with a clear film bra on the front. As this is my first experience with this, how best to care for it?
Wax it the same as the adjacent paint? Or what?

    Thanks - DM

Yup, treat it the same as you the paint. The film can still get water spots and etching from our bird enemies so still be careful with that stuff.

Lemon Pledge was recommended by my installer. It cleans and shines at the same time. Just my 0.02

Be careful when waxing the edges if there are not tucked. The wax can build up there and cause a distinct white residue line.

for the edge, a Q-tip or a toothpick and some cleaner (Quick Detailer, eraser, spray wax) will solve that issue.

Wax with a synthetic sealant, not a carnuba based wax.

care for it regularly just like paint...wash, clean, protect.

You can always have it coated as well to simplify things! Go see the guys over at Esotericdetail.com if you are close by
