Best rubber protectant for desert/dry climates

Curious if there is anything better than 303 UV rubber protectant for desert climates. On my CLK Black and 94 E500 I fear the rubber drying out/cracking in the Vegas heat, so I use q-tips to hit every bit of rubber I can, but even those aren't small enough to hit everything. Anything better out there?
