Black coffee and a 100 calorie Sara Lee snack pack. We're leaving town today for a long weekend and there's not a thing to eat in the house. No milk, no cereal, no bread, no juice. I'm going to have to hit Cracker Barrel on the way out.

Great breakfast this morning. An everything bagel with vegetable cream cheese on it, a heaping plate of scrambled eggs and three sausage links.

Had my usual. Eggs, bread, and meat. Just change it up each day, sometimes bacon or sausage, leftover steak when I'm lucky. Some mornings scrammbled eggs, or a sandwhich. Have to have a good breakfast or I'm not happy.

This morning was a bacon egg and cheese on a english muffin.

During the week I usually have two "This _______ Walks Into a Bar". They come in four flavors and I mix and match at will...fig, blueberry, strawberry, and apple. Substitute one of the fruits in the blank above. Gotta love some of the names Trader Joe's comes up with for products. On weekends I usually have something more substantial like meat, potatoes, and eggs.

Oh, and no breakfast is complete without at least a couple cups of coffee.
