    Interesting results. :)

However, from the sounds of things, it's better to stick to drams that have been matured on Earth. ;)

    All the best,
    Andrew.

    Hi Tom,

That would be a nice accessory to have in space. :D

Actually, I uploaded a PDF which shows the trading notes for whisky matured in microgravity compared with that matured on Earth.

    All the best,
    Andrew.

Also, that should have been "tasting" notes rather than "trading" notes. Similarly, I too have had phone-related technical issues. :)

    All the best,
    Andrew.

OK, was able to finally see the PDF from my laptop. Now that's a tad more interesting than the typical scientific journal articles I read! Many, many moons ago, a colleague and I tried to get a crystal growth experiment aboard the ISS (who know, it may have been Sky Lab!). Alas, no dice.

My favorite four words in the whole paper are "Scotch Whisky Research Institute." I suspected there had to be such a thing, but I got to find out if they need people to help them research scotch whiskey, terrestrial or space matured. ;)
