OK, Whatcha makin'? So far, I'm smoking baby backs and we ordered Lou Malnati's pizza to be airlifted in.
Guess nobody is having a party except you. Actually I'm not sure what my plans are yet but either for the Superbowl or maybe the next week I plan on ordering some good Sahlen's hot dogs and Bison chip dip. Mmm good stuff.
BBQ feast from Saltlick in Texas. They overnight a whole brisket, 4 slabs of ribs , Whole smoked Turkey Breast & 4 bottles of their BBQ sauces. just heat & serve for the game. easy & great food!
Jesus, I went online yesterday to look at ordering some stuff. They wanted $140 to ship $60 worth of food. That seemed a bit ridiculous to me. Yes it's perishable and has to go air shipping, but it can't really be that expensive for a little 7-8 lb box can it?
Wow, you guys are going all out. Our good friends are moving away, so we're heading over on Sunday to wish them bon voyage. And watch the SB. Usual fare - hot wings and such. Nothing crazy special since they're largely packed up...T
They're sealed but upon further inspection, the 45 minute cook time @425 leads me to believe they're raw. They also don't say "Fully cooked" on them but, since they're not hot dogs etc, I don't know that they have to. Two of them have meat on them, though... Shopped early and got 6 vacuum sealed racks of baby backs today... We also ordered in Brazilian appetizers, Coxinha, Kibbeh, Empadinha and Esfiha.
I was looking at their site after you posted. They look good. And not a bad deal you can get like a 6 pack variety for about $100. Not sure what those appetizers are but I bet they are good. You'll have to post pics of your spread!!

Those look good! And yep I got it but the weather up here has been pretty lousy. Grate is still sitting in the box in the garage. I have another tri-tip that I need to do something with so maybe I'll brave the elements and grill that up!!
You're gonna love it... Did you get any of the optional sections? BTW, make sure you oil it after using to avoid rust.
I got the basic grate and the handle. I'm sure I'm going to love it. I've honestly been looking for something more "robust" than the standard grate for years. And yeah I figure I'll treat it similar to a cast iron skillet. Scrub it off and re-oil it.
Nothing special planned. Have several people coming over, a few friends and relatives. Thursday, the picture on my big screen went out. Thank god for Amazon and next day delivery for parts. Few screws and the bulb replaced.
