    I'm looking for a personal chef to prepare a meal for 8-10 adults this September in the Tahoe area. I've never hired someone for this in an are where a I've not been a resident. No allergies or restrictions. We're pretty simple and not looking for anything crazy.
    Does anyone have any recommendations?

    While I'd love to offer my services I'm probably out of the market cost wise.

    I'd recommend you contacting the culinary institute of America at Greystone in st Helena Cali and see if you can post the offer on their boards

    Offer transport and accommodations & small fee

    Don't have a recommend. But do know the Tahoe area fairly well. Its a big wedding and corporate events area. Lots of catering companies there. Most will do what you are looking for at reasonable money.
