after the flip of gutierrez's sauber by maldonado's lotus do you think they may rethink the low nose design?

Some late reports indicate it wasn't scooped by the nose, but was a tire to tire flip. we'll have to wait and see what the outcome reveals.

The low noses are good - they make the cars racier with less rear downforce and cleaner aero.

The ugly noses could be fixed from being ugly by increasing the cross section in the rules. so that the nose has to be much wider, cleaning up the look of the car.

I do not want to see the return of lower noses go completely away - it is a step back to bringing the late 80's and early 90's F1 style racing back again.

Nose to side pod. I don't know of the tires ever touched. Somebody is pulling your leg or wanting to find a way to avoid the real issue of the "scoops" on the front of the car.

Sky showed different angles at the end of the race. Martin Brundel called it correctly, it showed the wheels making contact first which triggered it. Although the nose contributed and played its part post tyre contact.
