This is what happened when they hired Alonso, only they didn't quite make it to 360 degrees. :p

Well, action speaks louder than words. They have been saying next year next year next year since 2010..

If they put the people who designed the 458 on this project they may have a chance to pull this off.

    Ciao.

I hate to state the obvious, but they do mean 180 degree turn do they not?

I think he said "360 degrees improvement" in Italian, which means about 180 degrees improvement in other languages

Italians are not famous for 180 degrees turnarounds. Are they? ;)

    Bad title from Planetf1.com.

"We need to improve the car at 360 degrees."

"It's not just the power unit, it's not just aerodynamics, it's not just the chassis; it's the team, the car... so it's a huge amount of work that has to be done."

Meaning they need to improve the car all-round...

    Hardly a surprise there! ;)

Maybe the worst so called "F1 news site" there is IMO. Complete tossers that AFAIK have never, ever broken a real story. They just copy stuff (generally badly) from the real sites.

    Wankers. ;)

    Cheers,
    Ian

As long as the change gives them another 360 degrees on the stopwatch.

Schumacher was responsible for the feel of the front end of the 458.

I know Marco Mattacci (I always called him Mr. Mariachi! inside joke). When I first heard he was put in charge of the team I thought he was way over his head and was just a "place holder" but now I'm not so sure. I like what he has done. He wants to win and will do what is necessary to win.

I wish him good luck and I'm confident he can make a difference.

    Bob
