Lewis Hamilton wants to win "the right way" at the Italian Grand Prix but admits it is becoming crucial that he starts to knock points off Mercedes team-mate Nico Rosberg if he is to remain in the title battle. Rosberg will start alongside Hamilton on the front row of the grid at Monza, just two weeks after the pair collided on the second lap of the Belgian Grand Prix at Spa-Francorchamps. Mercedes boss Toto Wolff is adamant his two drivers know not to collide on Sunday but Hamilton insists he does not need to change his approach. "I will do what I do all the time," he said. "I have been racing for many, many years and have not collided with too many people, so I'll continue to race the way I do. I want to win the right way." Hamilton is 29 points behind Rosberg in the drivers' championship and admits he needs to make the most of his pole position in Italy to stay firmly in the hunt. "Every race is an important race - but yes: time is running out and I need those points! It would be good if tomorrow could be the first step to catch up." © ESPN Sports Media Ltd.
Buongiorno Isobel et al. Couldn't sleep. (Excited maybe.... ) Coffee being injected now. Sky pre race is *awesome* - Just had a segment with Brundle & Senna driving the '56 winning Le Mans D type in the 2014 Mille Miglia. Very cool.... Bad news was they got hit up the arse, "pretty hard" according to Martin! No pix, but dayum! Forza Desi! Cheers, Ian
Mornin' Dunno who's on the Sky feed, but they're doing it "a little differently" this week; Brundle is following the Williams "start up" procedure from beginning to getting it parked on the grid - A 45 minute process these days apparently.... Would love to see Williams win here! Cheers, Ian
Hello everybody - Let's hope for a great race today and a good result For both Fernando and Kimi! (BTW, I just want to make it public that I love Suzi Perry! )
I'm moving to the UK next month, VERY happy I'm getting my beloved Sky TV back! I'll watch the pre race on youtube later today
