Wet for sure, but what will the wind be like? Also, they need enough time to decamp and get off of the island, so there may be a postponement or cancellation even if the weather at the start time permits racing. Current conditions: rain, wind 7mph. Forecast wind is still quite slight, so maybe no real weather problems at start time.
