    Good afternoon everyone. A very hot afternoon indeed.

    A few updates, the race is due to start in 2 hours time, which means, the rain will probably come at the end if we are lucky, or after the race.

    Also, the circuit's contract will be renewed for another 3 years..

    Only a few hours till the race start. I'm expecting another Merc 1-2 with Lewis winning. Ferrari vs Williams should be interesting at least :eek:

    That's good news. Malaysia is really good circuit and is excellent value for money for the punters who attend.

    Really hoping everyone finishes today, be good to get a relative performance indicator.
    I still feel I have to pinch myself when thinking about how much Ferrari have caught up to Merc. I'm starting to think a Ferrari win is possible. Either way, if Ferrari are close to Merc, it will be a staggeringly great result for SF and an equally embarrassing blunder by Merc.

    Horner is saying 4 stop race. Tires will be the critical factor. First race where the tires are stressed fully. Ted at SKY says rumor of Ferrari 2 stopping. So alot left up in the air right now....

    LOL at Martin Brundle's unbridled love for all things Lewis. His car hit a Sauber mechanic as they were pushing it up the grid, and Brundle immediately is relieved to notice no damage to the front wing ..... the mechanic may have a few broken bones or severed blood vessels, but the important thing to report on is that Lewis's front wing is ok :)

    It still feels strange with Vettel. I used to really feel at one with Alonso at the starts and he used not to disappoint. I guess time will help.
