    12:09 A bit more of a debrief from BEN ANDERSON on Alonso's quick run earlier on. While the first lap or two looked good for the McLaren, our Grand Prix editor tells us that the car quickly gave up on Alonso, forcing him to make lots of corrections on the steering wheel to hang onto it.

    Lots of work to do still but they will put it right. That lack of testing mileage is still haunting them.

    only 1.7 seconds from 1st to 17th, all on mediums, starting to get interesting for all but Manor and Button.

    This is one *smooth* circuit!...... They're running low......

    Despite the "haters" claiming the new (yet old) skid blocks are a gimmick, I'm lovin' seeing who's where on ride height.

    And the dark lets us peek at their displays too. Very cool.
