Lets discuss. http://i.imgur.com/9zeWviK.jpg How does an img url code work on this site? In time his McLaren era he had 3 team mates (with a combined 3 world drivers' titles), they scored a combined 4 poles in 6 years to his 26 over the same period... Also of interest that along with the wins, Lewis has scored at least 1 pole every year for the last 9 years. Also beat two reigning world champions.
At mclaren he had solid cars-at Mb he has the best car by far for the last 2 years. Nico IMHO is no different than Webber or Massa in terms of teammate competition. Put Ricci in that car, hammy in the RB and we'd all be singing ricci's praises.
He'll eclipse the important stars this year, but I have a feeling Lewis will end his career back at Mclaren.
Rubbish. He butchered the G.O.A.T. so please dont make comparisons with those guys. Sure he wasn't the Schumacher of old but you dont lose all that ability just because you get a few years older. Rosberg is underrated and rarely given credit for his tenure against Michael.
Pun was intended. The greatest of all times. Not my words but Michael is by many considered the greatest.
So since Michael was GOAT, we can use your logic and timeline to say that since Nico beat Michael he was the GOAT and since Lewis beat Nico, he is now the goat. Got it. I always knew Rosberg was the 2nd best of all time...
Tough luck.. This is what you said. I never said Lewis is the GOAT nor did i say Nico is the 2nd best of all time.... YOU DID. Remember...? Edit: Now are you willing to discuss his performance at Mclaren vs Mercedes or are you just gonna keep trolling like children?
YOU just said this..... I don't understand how you can deny what you just said. ON this note of weirdness, I'm leaving this thread. Have fun.
Deny? What for? YOU said, Rosberg is 2nd best and that makes Lewis the new GOAT. Not me. YOU. Didn't mommy teach you how to read poor kid? And dont let the door hit you on the way out Einstein...Lmao
Are you actually partaking in a challenge on how to get banned the quickest? I personally find F1 more entertaining and they are (still?) faster.
Derisory comments towards other F1 contributors are not permitted. As per the announced standards (link) for enforcement of respectful conduct, a 1-month ban has been applied. All the best, Andrew.
26 poles at mclaren whilst in that time his team mates only delivered 4. That is one powerful statistic. Lewis, aside from last season against rosberg where he suffered a dip in form, is certainly one of the best qualifiers of all time (though last season tarnished his rep slightly - really shows the importance of momentum). Senna first by a long margin but I can't think of anyone else to rate above Hamilton for qualy - not Schumacher and definitely not alonso or Vettel. Anyone else known historically for their 1 lap pace?
