Why should there be talks about money? It seems she has a job and a TV show. She might have much less than him but then she is not risking her life 20 week ends per year.

Wow I did not expect this but didn't know much about his wife. She knows it looks really bad right? He should have had a prenup. Imagine what happens if he gets a good car? Sad.

... just read the article. Remembered the burglary where they were gassed and her 0.25M ring was stolen. Just bad luck and too much strain on that difficult relationship. Too bad they couldn't deal with the separation.

 

Well they say there isn't anyone else involved but I will come clean here. I've been spending time with her for at least 6 months, probably longer. It's just too bad really. Too bad she doesn't know anything about it!!

She is a stunner and will land on her back...errr I mean feet.

This came as a big surprise, really.

 

Why?

Between 1/3 and 1/4 of marriages end up in divorces in Europe.

 

I hope he got some great legal/financial advice before he asked for her hand in marriage, otherwise this is going to hurt in more ways than one.

 

All these people calling Jessica a "gold digger" - Jeez! Yeah! - You know her so well don't you?

First of, that story is from The Sun newspaper and is being repeated on the Daily Mirrors website - Frankly, calling both papers: "gutter press" would be a compliment!

They're going to emphasis the monetary side of things rather than how it is actually really sad that Jenson and Jessica are splitting up, because it sensationalises the story for them!

(They must be gutted that there was no one else involved! - Otherwise they could have tried to get pictures of either Jenson or Jessica being unfaithful! Pictures like those really sell newspapers!, especially if they're nude pictures!)

Secondly, you have no idea what discussions about Jenson's fortune are being had - You just straight away assume that she's out to take him to the cleaners!

Like it or not, when it comes to divorces, finances and property have to be discussed - That's just a fact of the process, whether you're a factory worker or shop worker, right the way up to F1 driver and beyond!

How do you people know for certain that she doesn't actually want less than Jenson wants her to have? - He is a nice guy after all!

Personally, I feel sad and sorry for both Jenson and Jessica - I thought they made a great couple.

I also feel sad by those on here who are so cynical that they instantly seem to think that this was some sort of "grand plan" by Jessica all along, to fleece Jenson for everything she can get! - Unlike certain other F1 drivers ex/current/"who the Hell knows?" girlfriends, I've never got the impression that Jessica is that sort of girl.

In all honesty, I can easily see there coming a day, when Jenson has finally hung up his racing boots for good, when these two will get back together again and be happy once more!

And if that doesn't happen, then I hope they can remain friends and both find happiness elsewhere!

Jessica has Asian blood. She'll be looking great till at least her fifties

 

Sorry to hear this. Obviously I know neither of them and have no idea what the circumstances are, but JB seems a genuine bloke and I hope he comes out of this OK.

 

His father, his cars, and now this. Definitely Button is having a bad streak.

 

We were in St Tropez the week they got robbed, and apparently it was more harrowing for them than was reported. Pure conjecture, but perhaps it acted as a catalyst for something deeper. Regardless, sad to hear it didn't last.

 

If she gets half of his fortune there is no justice in this world. They guy risks his life to race cars. What did she do to advance his career?
