Anyone have a schedule regarding the dates the teams will debut their 2016 cars? Thanks!

Another many million $ question right there! One assumes they'll move forward, but still seems to me Honda are in a whole world of hurt. "This is why we watch" Cheers, Ian
That does seem really late compared to past years. Usually I thought testing started the last week in Jan, first week in Feb. When is the first race? I thought it was usually March 13th or so...what a late release.
20th March in, as always, Aus. Testing is Feb 22-25 and then (roughly, can't find the exact dates right now) Mar 1-3. Sauber just announced they'll unveil just ahead of the second test. Running a modified '15 car at the first test. Cheers, Ian
I remember the 60s when they used to roll out the GTs, sports cars (as the were called then) and F2 and F1 cars for the press introduction. Enzo, Chiti and all the boys would be out there in the forecourt in their fedoras and topcoats. No light shows, fog machines or dramatic reveals.
Oh man! Few things compare with the smell of Castrol 'vegetable oil' (Don't recall the correct name right now) but what a smell! I'm sure if they could bottle it, it'd sell! We got a little sponsorship from them many years back, and they delivered a *huge* amount; We ran pretty much everything on the stuff - was the only place folks would fight to use the lawnmower! Cheers, Ian EDIT; I'm pretty sure Castrol-R was the stuff. No idea if it's still available.
I think something called Castrol R is still available, but I don't know if it has the original.......fragrance.
That's the word I was looking for! It didn't "smell", rather it had that wonderful fragrance. Cheers, Ian
Who cares really? Gone were the days of glitz and glamour of launches, remember Mclaren 2007? Now it's just released images online. Hardly anything to shout about
