What is it you guys like best to cover F1 and motorsports in general? Do you subscribe to magazines or just browse various sites? Some I've seen but wondering on:

    F1 Mag
    Autosport(worth buying?)
    SkyF1
    motorsport.com

    Anything else?

    Reporting:
    Articles published by Autosport
    Certain credible sources on twitter

    Magazines:
Subscribe to none, would do on Autosport but unnecessary as far as I can tell.

    In depth technical stuff:
    Craigh Scarborough
    F1 Technical

    Interesting bits of news:
    Motorsport

    Statistics and Data:
    F1fanatic

    Viewing:
Sky hands down. Massive outrage in the UK atm because they'll get exclusive F1...but the experience is more than worth it IMO. IMO it's the difference between economy class and flying private...you'll get to the destination all the same but one really makes it an experience.

Living in the US it's pretty much limited to reading on line, the sports pages from BBC, F1, etc. I'll buy an F1 magazine once in a while for an interesting interview, but they are old news by the time they get here on the news stand. Bleacher Report app and on line usually keeps up to date with daily news.

When I really had an interest in the behind the scenes F1 soap opera was in the 1980's, nothing really matters but race results and I am not trying to be a smartass.

I just follow all the popular f1 sites/teams/drivers on twitter.

This is a great magazine to get. They usually have it out within 6 hours of the race ending. http://www.grandprixplus.com/

It was a trick question. ...... We are meant to say FChat, and then list out those we consider sages of F1, you know, me, toil, Gordon c, atbm (don) etc :) :) :)

Don't worry, even I don't believe myself sometimes

Other than that, there are loads of sources, that more often than not do include the excellent links put up by everyone here, and of course, formulaone.com, planetf1, LinkedIn contacts like Claire Williams and those she is linked too, a few friends in various teams, Sky,

Don't buy any magazines for current F1, usually just websites.
Motorsport magazine for historic is excellent.

    "How quaint." ;)

    +1

I have a 'digital only' subscription. I believe I get the 'reminder' of a new release at pretty much the same time as the print subscribers - & I can download mine while they're stil waiting for Postman Pat.....

    Cheers,
    Ian

    For F-1 I use:

    Autosport on line
Motorsport Magazine - both subscription for print and on line

Joe Saward - word Press blog - he is pretty close to the action

F-1 Magazine and BBC / Top Gear are to me behind on what is current.

Autosport has the latest news, and is pretty accurate. the reporter are actually at the races in the paddock. many others are on the outside looking in.

Motorsport Magazine has taken up ALL of my free time as of late. I travel often so it's great airport/flying material. Thanks for that recommendation gents.
