Anyone noticed Vettel is having emotional issues with people trying to pass him? Every attempt has some kind of outburst. He's letting drivers behind him drive his race. He needs to talk to someone. It's getting rather embarrassing.
i think he needs a babysitter. why i never liked him, even during his soda company days. his arrival to teamred was one of my darkest f1 moments...
I actually started to like him when he started at Ferrari, his outburst however are less likable. Must say he, Kimi as well by the way, greated Max's win with the outmost sportmanship.
He has major control issues. Sorry Seb the track has other drivers on it. Its not all yours. Grow up. Not my fave Ferrari driver at all. Wont miss him when he leaves.
staying off radio, doesn't mean he is no longer a spoilt baby... he was one at rb, still one now at teamred. yep, that baby is our ambassador for the brand...dark times ahead, perhaps lessened only when and if he is able to bring home a championship. in his defense though, if ferrari could get their sh!et together and put together a better car, he wouldn't need an excuse to cry whenever things don't go his way.
Yes, he's an incredibly gifted driver. But his profanity laden tantrums on the radio these past few races have me frowning and shaking my head. Just man up and deal with it. Or go full on NASCAR and run out on the track, throw your helmet at the offending car, and then get into a fistfight in the paddock. Wait a minute..... Is Seb courting a seat with Gene Haas's other team?
+1 If he's that angry someone is driving dangerously, why not steam down to the offenders garage and give them a proper slap ? Spa > Schumacher > Coulthard
All drivers are crybabies, I´m not surprised. Although to be honest, today Ricciardo´s attempt was too much "bold", he tried from too far away and it was obvious that it wasn´t going to happen. It´s good to see that a driver takes some risks from time to time, but if Vettel hadn´t left some space the race of both would have been over.
Anybody who's raced before recognizes that ricciardo's move was a classic dive bomb that if not for heads up driving on vettel's part would have resulted in a wreck. He braked too late and overshot the corner and caused them both to fall back from the leaders. After being punted twice by a red bull last race, I see nothing wrong with him being mad.
I think vettel is shell-shocked because of Kvyat. I like vettel more now that he is at Ferrari but Vettel is very aggressive on many of his moves. You can't deny this. The only reason there isn't more contact is that the other drivers he is making a move on ease up. I think vettel forces his way just as much. Robb
Vettel is and always will be a crybaby, never liked him and will HAVE to sell my car if Hamilton joins the Scuderia (my ultimate team from hell)
Vettel comes out as gay (not that's anything wrong with that). It's okay to get mad, but just raise your hand in displeasure at the most, like everybody else. Not complain like a freaking school girl to your superiors. Besides, that energy is better saved for the track. Yes, it was a ham-fisted move by DR, but happens all the time. Racing would be boring without any of that.
DR "knows" SV well and vice versa, so either would have attempted that move knowing and respecting the other's ability ..... if it was Grosjean or Maldonado you'd sit back for a while
Vettel did actually have to move to avoid being hit. It wasn't a good move my Ricci. A desperation move. Vettel is a crybaby for sure...always has been. He was fine for a while because he wasn't under pressure. Now he is and the cracks are appearing. Just like with Hamilton.
Totally agree on the desperation move but then you have to expect that as the race comes to an end and you don't have enough power to pass. I think he would have got him if he waited for another couple of laps but once he did that move Vettel was always going to cover it from then on. 2 stop was the way to go and Dan said as much in the pre-race interviews but got switched by the RB "team" ...... again , I don't trust them, Webber got shafted because he didn't come up through the RB system and now Dan (although a RB junior) is in thin ice. DR's tyre problem at the end of the race would have handed the win to someone else anyway so well done Max, never put a foot wrong and didn't run into Vettel What a KK Vettel is (in the true sense of what a KK is )
Vettel has never liked driving in close quarters. Remember his first WDC battle with Webber? Remember his last year with RBR? He's at his best in a machine that can drive away and leave the rest. He seems (to me) to be struggling with the Ferrari more than Kimi this year...shades of 2014 revisited.
