I'm trying to buy a ticket to the Montreal Grand Prix. It won't let me proceed to the payment step because it says "State Invalid" But... there is no place to input the state although you can input city and USA. So then I go to the "classic site" to see if it is easier. This one has a state drop down. But it now says "requires email input" But there is no place to input the email. Even though I have an account that uses email to sign in. There is also a CNI block that is required... I don't even know what that is. Whoever designed the site should be fired. You'd think they don't want my money. . Morons. Robb
Why don't you guys include links to the web sites you're talking about or suggesting? For Robb - here's the direct ticket site for Montreal: https://www.circuitgillesvilleneuve.ca/en/tickets/tickets-2017 Or is that the site you're trying?
Sorry I was not clear. I am referring to the OFFICIAL F1 ticket site. Owned by F1 https://tickets.formula1.com/en/product/3345-14545-Grandstand-11-(Fri-Sun)/ I will bet no one in the US can buy a ticket there. Robb
Which browser are you using? I tested with Chrome and everything is working here. EDIT: I put BS details and it still took me to the payment screen. https://i.imgur.com/5UySULq.png info screen https://i.imgur.com/pvS4rlG.png payment screen
That screen shot doesn't have the email location because it creates an account and removes that line once you are logged in. It returned when I logged out. I changed the Country field multiple times and the state drop down box would change to the correct states of that corresponding country or remove that line altogether if there are no states. Definitely something broken your end, try a different browser.
Well it is not working correctly on iPad or iPhone. You'd think they would want those good to go seeing that they push their app on those devices. Will look at chrome on a work computer. Robb
My apple laptop still had issues so I just picked up the phone and called the Montreal Track Office... Got exactly what I wanted talking to a real person. Picked the exact seat as well since you cant do that on the website either so it was a win. Will be in Grandstand 11(Senna's Corner) section 5 row R so good views over the fencing. Robb
