As long as it's genuine, it's the sort of item that is worth what you feel you need to pay. It would be nice to have, but it wasn't a particularly special race in history, and Mario signs plenty of stuff, so is it worth a ton of money?, possibly not. $200 doesn't sound too bad, given the cost of autographs generally

Watch will need a battery, cross fingers the one in it hasn't imploded. But, if the watch is ok, and you want the rest of the stuff, I think it's an ok deal. If the watch turns up DOA, well, less of a good deal. D
