How about this one, with coachwork by Abbott of England? http://www.ferrarimodelsclub.it/Tavola1/imagetav1/ABC50_1.jpg
...I have tried to have some appreciation for his work - after all Enzo was giving him chassis to work with. But this thing is seven different kinds of ugly IMHO. Prolly has a shoe phone or some such though. Cheers Kevin Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Now see, I saw the topic and blew right past Auraraptor's post - I already knew exactly where to go for the pix of the "styling exercise" above so failed to read the intervening comments. You're off timing-wise but certainly take the cake on the Drogo call. Cheers Kevin
I myself am not really a fan of the Mondial (i know there are many owners here, not trying to be rude) Im sure the car is great performance wise, but the styling doesnt do too much for me.
OK, that is as ugly as the Abbott bodied car...but to me the Enzo isn't ugly; it's just weird looking.
Here's where Drogo went wrong - he forgot the whacking big wing out the back to balance the proportions.... Cheers Kevin Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Hey! This looks like a hearse that I wouldn't mind riding in! But only if someone told me that the car would be going down, too!
Sorry this in black and white, maybe just as well - this is a Ghia body using a design by Ing. Savonuzzi, mounted on a 510 Superamerica chassis with a six litre engine !! MW
#0473 SA (a 410 Super America BTW), and that's it's good side, looks even better from the front in colour
