    Interesting article today about working at Ferrari. I'm thinking they don't have the problems of other auto manufacturers of workers turning out lemons late on Fridays in their rush to get out the door...

    Also some good insight about what may be driving Ferrari's move to lower their annual production.

    I took the factory tour last week. Before the tour begins they take you into this room to explain what we will be seeing in the factory. Then they showed us this short film that mostly focused on Ferrari employees and what their work life was like. There was a lot about their work environment and their benefits. It was all extremely positive.

    In fact after seeing it my wife suggested that I apply for test driver and she will work as a tour guide!
