    Yes..sticky but in great condition..nothing broken, chipped, or cracked

    Yes, that is the leather pod that holds the speedometer,tach,etc

    If it needs to be painted, I don't care.
    And I only need the plastic part that involves the metallic lid. Mine is broken.
