360 Twin Turbo Kit and 430 Challenge Car for Parts

It may be apparent from the listing that I had hopes to build a very light weight twin turbo 360 with these parts. I was hoping to satisfy my craving for an F40 on my current budget. I just cannot find the time so I have decided to let go of some of my treasures. Possible trades for anything 348/355 Challenge, race, rare or lightweight (including complete or damaged cars).

The wrecked Challenge car is mostly dismantled at present leaving the majority of the parts available for shipment immediately. I am going to break the steering, suspension and center lock brake assemblies into one package. I had hoped to do the same with the interior, but I have decided to keep the seats and dash.

Obviously some parts were damaged in the crash and some have been sold. If there is something that you do not see listed feel free to inquire.

I didn't want to overload the thread with photos. Please email/call/text if you need additional photos or information. I will try to provide any hardware needed and can cut mounts or tabs from the car to complete conversions. Any item marked shipped includes shipping cost to the lower 48 states. Thanks for looking.

Engine history is as follows:

This motor was new to the 2006 chassis in 2008 when it ran the complete FNA Challenge season. It was rebuilt by American Speed Factory in 2009 only to run 4 FNA Challenge races and a final in 2010. Since then it has logged 7 track days. It still has its FNA inspection tags in place.

Priced as a long block: $15,000

430 intake plenum cover (aluminum): Very nice condition, perfect garage art or use as is $1,500 shipped (carbon plenum and intake from the engine are not for sale)
Exhaust manifolds: $500 each side shipped
Catalytic converters (heat shields a little dinged up): $350 each side shipped
Clutch: $1,000 shipped
Additional engine parts/wiring available.

Steering, Suspension and Center Lock Carbon Ceramic Braking Package:

This package will include almost everything from the vehicle related to these components. Some of the parts are not usable as is, but do contain hardware that should help you complete the package. The impact damaged mostly the driver’s side. It is probably the best start you will find for a center lock conversion. I will also include two sets of center lock BBS wheels, but will list the three wheels that were on the car at the time of impact separately. It is probably best to handle the details privately. There are lots of very cool parts to chat about in this package. $15,000

Interior:

Dry carbon door panels. $3,000 shipped
Carbon fiber shifter paddles $750 shipped
Bolt in roll cage $2,500
Center console set: $1,500 shipped

Carbon fuel cells: Very light. Should have everything needed for a conversion. $7,500 shipped

Wiring and Electronics: I have not pulled or inspected all of the harnesses yet. Please inquire.

Boost Logic Twin Turbo Kit:

This kit has never been installed and is mostly still in its original packaging. You will need to purchase headers if your vehicle is not currently equipped. Also needed is ecu tuning.

It can be dismantled and comes with hardware.

 

There are welded mounts in Challenge cars that would need to be installed for use in other models. They could be fabricated easy enough but I don't think I could cut them out clean enough for you to reuse. The only other area that may need modified is the dash/door panel area for clearance of the cage. The main hoop(roll bar) would go in easy enough by itself if you didn't want to mod the dash.
