    Thanks Taz,lol......There are 5 Phillips-head screws under the steering column that need to come out and then the top and bottom half come apart( you have to pry apart with your hands,NO TOOLS.. To get the paddle screws out I used a small ,read thin, allen key to get the screws out and two of them were pretty loose. You also dont want to gorilla torque them back on either...

    Brian- No, the pitch on the paddles is different between the 360/575 and F430. Found out the hard way.
