Other than saving a few pounds, what is the advantage of getting these in titanium? I can't tell a difference looks wise?

Weight (mostly) and wheel security since they use a 17 mm hex socket to remove. Look again if you think they look the same, standard wheel bolts are chromed and use a standard external socket.

And they are almost 2 lb per corner lighter than stock bolts. I weighed them when I put them on my car.

These look nice and something to help w unsprung weight. My only thing is that is you get spacers and lower the car say on F430 then you would not be able to use these anymore, correct?

I doubt anyone that would put spacers on a 430 would even care what type of bolts they use or even knows what unsprung weight means.

Guido- My 575M has rear spacers and the spacers have titanium bolts (Type 2 25 mm). I definitely know what upsprung weight is.

Sunir- If you use the simple Type 1 spacers that just have wheel bolt holes, you cannot use use these bolts, or standard Ferrari wheel bolts either. You would have to ask ARP if they could make longer ones extended the same length as the spacer thickness.

There is no desernable difference on a stock street car... these bolts are to close to the center to matter that much.

Josh- There definitely is a discernible difference. Two types of unsprung mass, one static and one rotational. The closeness to the center of the hub decreases the latter, but both are improved by pulling 2 lbs per wheel out of sprung mass. When the wheel is going up or down over a bump, ride and the wheels' ability to stick on bumpy corners is improved.

I can buy these for £900 equivalent in euros in Europe.
Too expensive in my humble opinion.

900 pounds equal just over $1,400.

    These were offered at $1,500.

If you want them or need them, and can save $100 over what these were offered for, then buy them.

Too expensive? How much would shipping be from Europe to the US? Would there be customs or VAT charges?

No. I don't think they are too expensive.

What I do know is that there was no reason for you to make your post after two posts stating that the item was sold, by the way, at a price neither you or I know.

The buyer may have actually paid less than what the asking price was... we'll never know, and you know what? It doesn't matter. It's none of our business.

    Mike
