    Would love to help you with that but it's a project to get the tires over there with the truck and ask them to estimate shipping without going ahead with a transaction... It would be UPS Ground and I would send you a copy of the receipt, spade to spade without any games. Naturally of the cost were going to be outrageous I would advise. I am imagining $50-$100. But if you like you can send your phone number in a PM and we can figure out a game plan.
