I hate to say this but two weeks ago I bought a set of these from Wheel Warehouse in Orange CA for 1800$ with center caps but no TPMS. Edited to add: I even bought the Shadow Chrome wheels for 1500$ as a backup and after powdercoat used these as they just looked better because there was more "mass" there. Wheels Boutique had a set of these a little while ago powdercoated for 3900$, no tires or TPMS.
