    Resin coated stickers/decals are "lifted" or "puffy". The quality is higher than your average sticker which is just flat.

    I need several as I am restoring my karts..

    It is a vinyl soft resin, they are "peel and stick" if you will....but once on the tool box or toy, appear very nice!

    I also used them on a Testarossa pedal car, which is still "out there somewhere" after I gave it away....
