Perfect 430 Daytona seats

I purchased these seats from a forum member a few weeks ago when I was trying to make a deal on a black 430 that had standard seats. I ended up deciding against this particular car so don't need the seats after all. Power seats of course with red stitching and red Daytona inserts. These are beautiful seats and I can't find a flaw on them. $6000 for the pair.

Yeah I know...... My iPhone and I will never be accused of taking great photos, but let me tell you, I cannot capture what these Daytonas look like in the flesh. They are beautiful. No, they don't smell like that great Connally leather that was in my 308 and 328 but they are way more breathtaking visually.

Before I bought these seats I looked to see what was availabile for sale from the usual suspects of exotics recyclers and the asking prices. I found everything from seats with burned and melted headrests to seats with side bolsters that looked like someone had taken 60 grit sandpaper to them, to seats that when you zoomed in on them were absolutely filthy in the cracks and crevices. All of them priced higher than these and some were not even Daytonas.

I didn't find any anywhere for sale that were black with red stitching and red Daytona inserts. The red inserts aren't for everyone I'm sure but to me if you go from solid black Daytonas to ones with either red or yellow inserts (depending on the color of your tach and the color of your calipers) your interior looks totally different. A little more edgy, a little wilder and a LOT more attention getting. But......if you are going from the plain standard seats to these red strapped Daytonas, well the transformation will knock your eyes out.
They are immediately the first thing everyone's eyes are drawn to.

This pair came from a nice gentleman here on Ferrari Chat off of his personal 430. The ONLY reason he was selling them was because he wanted a set of carbon fiber race seats. If you are a fan of Ferrari leather as I am, these seats when you open the box and unwrap them from the packing will blow you away. Like I said, I'm used to the seats in 3x8's, but these are in a whole 'nother league. I'm sick as hell that I won't be getting to use them but you win some you lose some.

Ok I'm through with the sales pitch haha, but the buyer will love these seats. If it'll help anyone, I'll spring for free shipping and insurance anywhere in the conus. Now you cant beat that. They will be carefully packed and boxed.
