    Will this work on a USA 430 since I'm assuming it's the European model charger?

    correct, this comes from a F430 Spider 2007 and it´s a euro car.

    Do you need a special hard wired connector? From what I see, there i a special connector at the end of the cord?

    yes, you'll need the battery connector. ca 300 sek.
