    I recently acquired a rather substantial Ferrari memorabilia collection. These unworn, vintage team shirts and jacket were part of it. All are men size "L."

    I'm asking $50 for each. The ones with tags obviously haven't been worn. The red/black Ferrari shirt with Hilfiger on epaulets and Ferrari jacket don't have tags but look and feel like they've never been worn. I just don't know but was told they were never worn.

    Black Ferrari team shirt with tag says 1996. Yellow Ferrari team shirt with tag says 2001. Williams/BMW and Red Bull aren't dated to my knowledge.

    Why these pictures load sideways is a good question. They aren't sideways when I load them. Thanks for looking!

    You do realize these are Taiwan copies (and bad copies at that) and not real or authorized Ferrari F1 shirts?

    As for being "vintage" they are readily available on eBay, and for less than you offered them for.

    It may have been an honest mistake, but your representation that they are "vintage F1 shirts" is not correct.

    If anyone who purchased one of these shirts is not satisfied or feels them to be fake, I will gladly refund the purchase price and shipping.

    Cmparrenzo throws out this hand grenade but offers nothing more than an opinion based off pictures viewed on the internet taken with my iPhone. The shirts were NWTs and had copyright dates on the collar tags by the teams themselves. If these are fake, I can't tell the difference. The previous owner purchased two of them at the Montreal GP. Not sure about the others.

    I'm an active member here and honest broker. I resent the accusation and implication.

    Unfortunately, he is 100% correct, none of these were authentic, and they were clever to manufacture false tags as well for them. Not your fault if you didn't know, I think they are nice after all, I even bought one for myself a few years back. I am not that special that I can't wear a fake Ferrari shirt ;)

    I purchased one of the shirts and for the price paid, i'm not losing any sleep. If they are knock offs, they are pretty good ones. Thomas Magnum....thank you for your generous offer but I will respectfully decline and keep the shirt...you keep the money

    Thomas, I am sorry you are offended. But if you had done some research before you represented these as authentic you would have discovered that these are not authentic. I believe I may be qualified to offer an option on these shirts as I have one of the largest private collections of official Ferrari Formula One team gear in the Midwest. I have been collecting for over 20 years so I have learned to spot a fake instantly. I am sure you did not misrepresent these with the intent of misleading anyone but a few minutes on eBay and you would have seen these listed in Taiwan, a huge red flag.

    All of the tags and logos are fake. Sorry.

    Authentic F1 shirts are usually $250.00 to over $1,000.

    Enjoy the shirts, they are worth what you sold them for...

    The Williams-BMW and the Sauber shirts look authentic. The Ferrari shirts . . . not even close.

    Good for you. And when you're gone, they sell at an estate sale for pennies on the dollar. To each their own. Happy clothes collecting. I never knew there was such a hobby.

    And mine are still fake because you say so. Why don't you show comparisons so we can all learn something?

    Mark, they are fake because they are fake.

    When you go to dinner with Nigel Stepney and he hands you his team shirt you can feel pretty comfortable it is real...

    I have a Schumacher, an Irvine and a Massa... I would be happy to teach you how to tell real shirts from fake.
