    That's a catalytic converter, I sell used good ones for around $200 each. Unfortunately I haven't got a 360 in in awhile and don't have any in stock or I could help you out. Just don't fall for that $1500 for a used converter crap.

    First off, I will attest to 97 Spider being an excellent source for parts and often contact him before buying anything.
