**Sorry about the upside down iphone pix, can't figure out how to fix! This GT4 is absolutely gorgeous! One of the nicest I've seen personally. They are appreciating quite quickly and are very hard to find! This car has just had it's major service this month at a tune of ocwe $7000. Including: timing belts/bearings, valve adjustment, all 4 carbs rebuilt, water pump, thermostat, coolant, all oils and filter, electronic ignition upgrade and distributor recurve, cv boot, fuel pump and filter, plugs and wires, Ac converted to 134, pan and trans gaskets, shift shaft seals, new paint, new tires, etc. I believe I am the 4th owner and as stated on an old eBay auction the engine and transmission were rebuilt 12,000 miles ago.(see my thread on Fchat for the screen shot of old ad). The GT4's were the first Ferrari with a mid engined 3 liter V8 and punched out 255hp through 4 weber carbs. Also the first Ferrari body designed by Bertone(Lamborghini). Also the successor to the $400,000 Dino 246's. The GT4 is known to be better handling, quicker, and more fun than the GTS/GTB's(per what I've read only). The car runs and drives great! Everything works, even the clock and power antenna. Only items still needing addressing are: fuel gauge doesn't read correctly(sticking float) and AC blower motor isn't working. Does anyone have pics of these cars with a more "pleasing" bumper look? Is there a "euro bumper", such as with the maserati bora's that has more chrome, less plastic ?? Can any of you show pics of the various bumper configurations that may apply? Thanks ! Jack

Took it to the lake yesterday morning following my friends 650 hp cobra replica kit car and it hugged the road just as well! It was a delight and nimble. Lots of thumbs up and people love the Ferrari horn sound! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

It's not quite that simple on the 308GT4, as the body metal itslef is different between versions.. That's a GREAT looking GT4! Stand your ground on that price, and GLWS!!!
We have a 427 Cobra in our ads here too. I'm SURE the GT4 would be the better handling car, on any road with a curve in it!! LOL!
These are great cars and deserve the respect thats been missing in the past. Strange market through- always lots of talk but not much action about prices moving up maybe because of whats happening with the vintage 2 seaters over the last two years. I still see a lot of driver GT4's needing work in the sub-twenty range and the real nice ones in the mid to high twenties. The swing is pretty wide making it an accessible car at a range of prices depending if you want to get real dirty or just replace carpets etc. Someone mentioned the cool sounding horn- couldn't agree more.
