I know about a Nero Opaco (matte black paint) with nero alcantara interior with white stitching and carbon trim. The car is a 2011 and is like "new" at a Ferrari dealer and is sold with warranty. Probably one of the last GTOs in this perfect condition.
If in Europe look at Anamera for a Euro model. I think there were 4 for sale there (2 in Italy, 1 in Switzerland and 1 in France or Germany). The Euro models (particularly those in Italy) are less expensive (at least relative to US origin models). If you opt for a US model look at cars.com., auttrader.com, ebay motors, dupont registry.com, etc. Don't quote me but I believe that there are there currently 7 US GTO models for sale here. There were 10 US models for sale not that long ago, but I believe 3 were sold in the past month or so ( including the one I purchased last week). The GTO market seems to be tightening on this side of the pond for particular color combos. I really wanted a nero exterior so my choices were limited.
