This beautiful four seat Ferrari is affordable and affordable to own. Originaly from Detriot now in Alberta. 27,000 miles There were less than 100 (83?)3.2 coupes imported into North America and there are only two or three coupes in this colour - which is prugna( plum) It is the easiest Ferrari to work on for DIYers and are quite reliable. This car is a driver not a show car. Mechanically in great shape. Belts and tensioners done Sep 2012. Shift shaft bushings done Sept 2013. Fresh engine and transmission oil. It has some cosmetic flaws. A couple of scratches, a scrape, a scuff and some very small dents( may be able to repair with paintless dent removal) Most not noticeable unless you were looking for them. The sunroof functions but does not close properly without help and the A/C needs a recharge. This car has been a pleasure to own. Life is changing $24,000US The photos with the aircraft are July 19, 2014. Probably the most elegant of all colors for the Mondial. Simply lovely... What's the VIN? U.S. spec car, eh? Best wishes towards an easy sell.
Okay, how about the whole thing? That way it can be decoded (county, engine, year, etc.). Ferrari Mondial VIN - FerrariChat.com
I've saw this car a few times when it was in Vancouver. No connection to the car, previous owner, or the current seller. Prugna looks great on the Mondial coupe. GLWS Falco (Chris). Jon
Vin updated. Also the car has a Nuvolari SuperSport exaust on it at the moment. It will be replaced with the original if the buyer isn't interested. The sound is quite loud and it pops upon deceleration The grin factor is huge! but may not be suitable for long trips - Which by the way this car has had a few 6-7 hour trips with no problems.
Beautiful car and well priced. I'm not usually a fan of 348 wheels on the Mondial; however, they look right on this one.
do you have any photos of the gauges, carpets & seats? show if there is cracking fading etc.. looks like the tan is a bit faded/yellowed? do you know any details on how it is to get a car back in the usa for a car that was originally usa spec? interested.. ill send you my email
Yes, in the dash in front of the passenger. Same as all Mondials except the t, which a few of those have theirs in the upper dash. But you already knew that, no?
I'm interested in the mondial but would like to see more pics and history details/docs. Do you have digital copies? I don't know how to email you through this forum but perhaps you can email me. Thanks Brian.
Here are some interior pics. the colour is pale from the flash. The leather is not that faded. Just went for a rip today and it felt wonderful. The sound of the Nuvolari exhaust is amazing. As for documentation I have copies of the title of the past two owners. First one issued in 01/07/91. Shipping docs and BC and AB provincial inspections. Maintenance records back to 1995. Waterpump replaced in 2005, Clutch slave replaced May 2012. I replaced the belts Sept 2012 and Shift shaft bushings/seals Sept 2013. Some photos of the cosmetic flaws. As I said the car isn't perfect Its a driver. When I bought it there were several flaws which I didn't mind because I wanted a Ferrari to drive - Just haven't had much time lately. I only added the small dent on the roof and the scratches on the trunk were courtesy of an anonymous donor. It wouldn't take much to bring it back though if one were keen to do it.
