Based on looks and your take on the car's current operating condition, I was surprised by the low price. Heck, the books and tools are worth $20K!

Of course, if you are looking for a very quick sale, you'll likely achieve your objective at the current asking price.

    My $0.02.

I hate to say it, but YEAH! Beautiful car, way undervalued. If I had the cash I would snap it up at this price.

It's funny that everyone says it's a low price. Just a few years ago these cars were 80k. I know that is the market price. And as a lot of you say the car should be north of 400k.

For example the Michelin XWX are a nice detail. These suit classic sportscars best, to my opinion.

Guys, the market is what it is. In a fluctuating market, yesterday's prices really have very little bearing on today's prices. And really, it was a long, long time ago when Dino's were less than $100k. Like maybe 5-8 years ago.

The same thing is happening to the newer models (Scud's, 599's, F430's, etc.) except they are going the other way.

Regardless, this is a beautiful car.

Thanks to all for their kind compliments and market insight and to those who expressed interest in my car. Have decided to hold off on selling it until next spring. Provided much information to a handful of prospective buyers, all who expressed an interest in viewing the car. The car was advertised elsewhere as well. Only one came to inspect the car. Loved the car but said his purchase was dependent on selling his 69 E type, unless I was willing to take it in partial trade. Based on my recent experience, I've concluded that this late in the year may not be the best time to sell. Thanks again.

    Ed
