If it makes you feel any better there were probably 1000's of people that turned down F40's at $240k.

 

The F40 that I truly drool over - - I'll most likely not ever have a chance at ... be it the opportunity - - or the funds to take advantage of the opportunity.

Enzo built a one off, Valeo electronic clutch equipped F40, specifically for Gianni Agnelli, who was president of Fiat. He had sustained injuries to his left leg, while racing in his younger years. It's a true stick shift --------- but, "we'll take care the clutch work".

I believe there was only one F355 Challenge fitted with the F1 transmission...I wonder if it was for Agnelli as well?

In the early 1990s I sought a Valeo equipped Mondial, but never got the one I wanted.

This site is great for learning something new and remembering fond times.
