Restorations as they mention aren't cheap. For the right person might be completely worth it.

There is not always a direct correlation between cost and value, or quality.

 

Let me start by saying the Seller who is also the restorer of these cars is a friend. Regardless I and others who know him also know his work is held to an extremely high standard. His research into details, originality, history, followed by a very high level of craftsmanship result in outstanding examples of the marque. I am not the least bit surprised by his prices. If you could see the finished product you would have an appreciation and understanding of his work.

The 308 GT4 is an underappreciated Ferrari. They are a blast to drive. And like BBs were supposedly "saleproof" not long ago the GT4s too will catch on. There probably are very few as nice as these will be upon completion.

To clarify....He did not ask me to say anything nor do I have any involvement with him regarding his cars or any other business.

Yes they are going up but not 150K
Don't forget it's a restored vehicle and anyone here who has restored a car can let you know that you will never get back what you paid for.
150k USD is 188K cad. Add on the 13% HST and shipping and you're well over 200k.
Yes possible a GTB is more like it at the 150K value.

I can buy a nice 430 and spare change in my pocket for a few glasses of wine.....LOL
