360 spider 3 pedals Rosso corsa black interior low miles under 10000

My F12 is on its way from Europe to USA (black on black) so I need to make some space in the garage as I have too many toys.
I am selling my very nice 2003 360 Rosso Corsa interior black (best combo in my opinion) manual ( 3 pedals).
Very low miles 9997 Miles.
Very well optioned with all you need and even more…..

The car was an Arizona car originally and I bough it in December 2012 at Kessler cars in Miami ( former Ferrari dealer in NY for 25 years so he knows how to select a car). 8240 miles when I bought it.
Just under 10000 now. I was the third owner.
When I bought the car the dealer paid for the fluids and I paid for belts service including the bearings and the Hill engineering shift kit (15th of January 2014 at 8417 miles) ( 3557 USD).
A couple of months later I bought 430 rims and put new tires on them .
The car has the 430 wheels now with new tires ( I put 1200 miles on them)
OEM star wheels with new tires ( 300 miles on them) are included in the sale.
Annual maintenance done on june 04th 2015 at FERRARI of fort Lauderdale : all fluids changed,
Gas cap changed ( this stuff is expensive !!) because I had a code p0045.
Valve cover gaskets changed because they founded a very small leak ( 1440 USD).
And all the sticky parts have been fixed ( 3000 USD).
Total invoice 6500 USD.
I also had installed an anti radar + laser jammer ( works perfectly) with a remote control at cartronics ( installer recommended for exotic car by k40 ) . Very professionally installed, nobody can notice.
Cost around 3000 USD.
This car has everything and a stick and very low miles . Everything works perfectly.
If you are looking for a very nice example of a manual 360 you will have a hard time to find one like that , this is the car for you.

6 months ago i was short 100k on a business deal . My bank gave me 100k against the title of the 360.
I paid back 4 months later and get the title back.
