Ferrari Mondial T Valeo | eBay
I love when ads say "lady driven." So does that mean she rode the brakes and burnt out the clutch? lol
Of course there is. It is a granddaddy of F1 tranny, clutch is still there but is not activated by depressing left pedal but by moving the shifter to gear. This thread may give you more info: http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/technical-q-sponsored-algar-ferrari/303577-valeo-clutch-system.html
And one of the rarest Ferraris ever made, only 18 brought to the U.S. If you want a rare car buy it while you can still afford it.
Good question. I think the rarity combined with the rising tide we've seen on 308's, TR's, etc. have lifted all the Fcar boats including the Mondi's that were out of fashion not long ago. Still the only mid-engine 4-seat convertible ever made Cheers, Greg
Congrats on the sale, Greg ........ tho I do believe I know what you're thinking. The new owner got a truly honest car. Cheers, Hank
Hank, You are always spot-on with your posts - thanks. I am missing her already as the first (anything) Fcar is always the sweetest! Cheers, Greg
Yes I know exactly what the valeo is and how it work. I meant no clutch pedal for the lady to burn the clutch itself because the system is doing it for her.
Wow Greg, i didnt know!! I feel happy and sad at the same time. Congrats on a great deal, for all. Take care my friend.
